Serbian Software Solution Shines at Startup Festival in Vienna

Serbian company Softech Solutions, with the support of NALED and the Embassy of Austria, presented its software solution at the prestigious ViennaUP’23 startup festival, which brought together hundreds of companies and investors from all around the world.

As part of the Startech program activities, co-financed by NALED to support the development of startup businesses, promote successful business stories, and innovative Serbian companies and products, NALED supported the participation of Serbian company Softech Solutions in Vienna, showcasing their software solution, DigitalSpark™.

Digital Spark™ automates the sales process by strengthening the role of the salesperson as a key link in the sales chain. “We believed that companies could increase sales by digitizing their sales processes, and we have succeeded in that. By using our B2B, SaaS solution, companies can increase their quarterly sales by up to 48%, while simultaneously increasing their profit margin by up to 22%,” said Ognjen Lukić, the company’s founder.

“We have demonstrated the application of our solution in five of the fastest-growing industries, including pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics, construction industry, financial institutions, and telecommunications. More than 105,000 users in 11 European countries use Digital Spark™ on a daily basis as a tool for their sales activities,” Lukić emphasized, adding that the company found a distribution partner and further solution development in the DACH region during the festival.

ViennaUP’23: Quality over Quantity

Around 30 program partners from the Austrian startup community organized over 50 events. This year’s topics include smart cities, creative industries, and technology. The goal of this year’s festival is for participants to gain an impression of Vienna as a business location, with a focus on quality over quantity, as stated in the organizer’s press release.

“If you want to see how great ideas become a reality overnight, then ViennaUP’23 festival is the place to be.” stated Lukić, the founder of the Serbian company, and added that the European startup ecosystem relies on connection and networking.

“To that end, the festival has made great efforts to provide opportunities for meeting new people, talent recruitment, solution promotion, and finding funding for the further growth and development of innovative companies,” said Lukić.

Dedicated to the community

“What makes ViennaUP’23 truly amazing is a decentralized component. This startup festival is made by the community and it is dedicated to its community. Under the umbrella brand, we bring together numerous Austrian, as well as international program partners who believe that together we are stronger. Besides that, we are not one main event, we are following the boutique concept. In the program we have many smaller, high-quality formats. We want to gather the right people to create more inspiration and to make valuable connections.” said Gabriele Tatzberger, representative of the startup services of Vienna Business Agency.
